Half Marathon and Marathon Training Program

Each summer CTC offers a 16-week training program designed to prepare beginner & experienced runners for marathons and half marathons. The training program is designed to prepare runners for the Chickamauga Battlefield Marathon & Half Marathon, but dates can be adjusted for other fall events.  

The 16-week program, originally scheduled to start July 27 has been cancelled.  The training plans are available for you to follow on your own at: http://battlefieldmarathon.com/train.html

Weekly Group Runs

We also offer group runs year round. You can drop by a group run whenever you like:

  • Saturdays at 6:30 am from the Downtown YMCA (301 W 6th St, Chattanooga, TN 37402)

  • Saturdays - dates and locations vary.
