CTC November Board Meeting and Election Social

The November Board Meeting and Election Social will be held on Thursday, November 18th, 2021 at the Chattanooga Track Club office.  1014 Dallas Road, Suite 101, Chattanooga TN 37404 

5:30 p.m.  We will gather and chat while the Zoom meeting format is being set up. 

6:00 p.m.  The November Board Meeting will begin.  This is usually a very short version of our standard board meeting. 

630 p.m. (Approximately) We will conduct the business of counting the ballots and announcing the Officers and Board of Director who will serve in 2022. 

An email will be sent to the Membership with all information, instructions and a a ballot.  Members can reply on-line, by mail, or drop off their ballot between 5:30 and 6:00 p.m. on November 18th. 

There will be light refreshments and drinks.   You must register on line if you are going to attend in person. Covid guidelines will be adhered to.  Masks if you are not vaccinated.
