Often touted as one of the toughest races in the southeast, the 48th edition of Hogpen Hillclimb will take place on Saturday, January 16th, 2027. And, the Cool River Tubing 5k's course, (super fast and super flat by the way) has been certified by the US Track & Field Association and has been approved as a 2027 Peachtree Road Race qualifier! Also, the Rolling Rice Food Truck will be there serving great grub to all participants, unique and locally crafted awards will be given, there will be a live DJ, race t-shirt bags filled with all sorts of great stuff will be provided and the Richard B Russell Parkway up to Hogpen Gap will be closed to traffic to make the experience better - as safer, for runners. Also, VS Photography along the race course to capture the moment for all participants. Finally, 100%of all money raised will go towards Habitat For Humanity of NE GA home builds!
