Join us for the 1st Annual Light the Way 5K & 1 Mile Fun Run at twilight at Veterans Park in Canton! As the sun sets and the course begins to glow, runners and walkers of all ages are invited to come together to 'light the way" for children who need our support. Participants can choose between a timed 5K race or a family-friendly 1-mile fun run, making this event perfect for competitive runners, casual joggers, walkers, and families alike. All proceeds from the event will benefit the Anna Crawford Children's Center, which provides critical services for OUR children and families in OUR community who have been affected by abuse and violence. To be guaranteed an event t-shirt, make sure to register by April 1st to be guaranteed your shirt size of choice. Online registration will be open until 5 minutes before each race and in-person race day registration will be available as well. Bring your friends, family, and running buddies for an unforgettable evening of fitness, community, and purpose. Every step helps light the way for children in need!
