Wednesday morning group run

Starts promptly at 6:00 AM Location: Downtown YMCA (301 W 6th St, Chattanooga, TN 37402) Contact: Sujeel Taj ( Distance: Between 3 to 6 miles (easy to add or subtract miles as needed) Pace: Open to all paces (you decide what is best for you) Cancellation Policy: If lightning or thunder, run may be canceled - use your best judgment.

Meet at the Downtown Sports Barn (301 Market St) at 6:15pm for a 1 - 10 mile run through downtown Chattanooga. Drinks are available on all courses 4 miles or longer.

Getting ready for a marathon? New in town and need new long distance running companions? Go to for the latest group run schedule.  Locations vary each week.  Paces range from 7:00 - 11:00+.

Looking to train for the Chattanooga Marathon or 1/2 Marathon?  Come join us and Train Together.  We meet every Saturday morning at 7:30am at the Downtown YMCA (301 W. 6th Street, Chattanooga, TN).

This Saturday we will be running our Moccasin Bend route.  A great way to get in 10+ miles.  Powerade and Water will be provided along the course.
