Twice a year, CTC offers a 16-week training program designed to prepare beginner & experienced runners for marathons and half marathons. 

Training for a Spring Marathon

CTC offers a 16-week spring marathon training program designed to prepare runners for the Erlanger Chattanooga Marathon & Half Marathon or other spring events. Training officially begins Nov. 13.

We also offer group runs year round. You can drop by a group run whenever you like:
  • Mondays at 6:15 pm from the downtown Sports Barn (301 Market St)
  • Wednesdays at 6:15 pm from the downtown Sports Barn (301 Market St)
  • Saturdays at 7:30 am at the downtown YMCA (301 W 6th St).
Kickoff Celebration
Join us on Saturday Nov. 18th for our first long run. After the run we will have snacks and answers to your training questions. The run leaves the Downtown YMCA (301 W 6th St, Chattanooga) at 7:30 am.
