The 13th Annual 65 Roses 5K road race will be held at Lee University in Cleveland on Saturday, March 28 with the 3.1-mile main event beginning at 8:30 a.m.


The race, which benefits Cystic Fibrosis, starts and finishes at the school, located at 1100 Ocoee Street.


Early registration for the 5K is $30 and $12 for the one-kilometer fun fun while day of race fees increase to $35 and $15.  The first 750 finishers will receive a dri-wicking beanie and a cotton T-shirt.


The defending champion is Matt Jenkins, who posted a winning time of 16:30 in 2013.  Jessica Marlier is the defending women's winner after finishing eighth overall with a time of 17:43 last year.


This event is sponsored and directed by members of the Chattanooga Track Club and this is a points race for Runner of the Year honors.
