Calling All Members – Run for Office! - Would you like to have more of a say in the track club? Would you like to give something back to the local running community? Then why not run for a position on the track club’s board of directors? Learn more at:

The Chickamauga Marathon is looking for individuals to serve as pacers for the race on Nov 8th. If you are an experienced marathoner who can run even mile splits and are willing to run as a pacer please contact Sean at

National Run @ Work Day is this Friday, September 19. The Road Runners Club of America’s event encourages everyone to pledge to run at least 35 minutes at work on Friday. To learn more visit:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 5:45 am - Lookout Mtn, GA at Lookout Mountain Market - 5.2 and 7.9 mile options, moderately fast pace - solid 8 minute miles - only 1 group of runners.  Contact Matt McLelland (

Wednesday 6:15pm - 1 - 10 mile routes with drinks on course - downtown Sports Barn (301 Market St, Chattanooga)

Wednesday 6pm - beginning and recovering runners & walkers - Fast Break Athletics - corner of Frazier St and Tremont St (North Chattanooga)

Wednesday 6pm - Run in the Boonies Trail Run - for starting location and more information please visit and click on “Training Runs.”

Thursday 6:30pm - speed work - Fast Break Athletics - corner of Frazier St and Tremont St (North Chattanooga)

Saturday 6:30 am - starting location and route details available at:

Saturday 7:15 am (note new start time) – Downtown Sports Barn - distances and routes vary each week and are adjustable to your needs - drinks on course - this week’s routes include St Elmo 8, 10, and 16 milers. Directions to the start and a full schedule of runs are available at:
