CTC Race This Saturday: Sept 6 - Powerade UTC Cross County Race - details available at

Saturday 7:00am run will meet at the Chickamauga Battlefield’s Visitors Center. The run will preview portions of the upcoming marathon and half marathon routes.

CTC is looking for individuals interested in directing or helping to co-direct several CTC races in 2009 and/or 2010. If you are interested in this opportunity to get more involved with local races please contact Walt Sinor at:

Finish Line Volunteers Needed: CTC has been asked to manage the finish lines of a number of local races this fall. We need your help to make these events happen. Jeff Galloway will be hosting a running school this Saturday, September 6th from 7:30 - 3:30 pm at the downtown Sports Barn (301 Market St, Chattanooga). Galloway will also be hosting a group run from the Sports Barn at 7:30 am. Interested runners please contact Merrile Stroud at or 423-903-3172.
